Abstract
ABSTRACT The development of biology science literacy questions based on the Minimum Competency Assessment MCA framework aims to produce questions that are valid, reliable, and practical. The research subjects were students in class XI Science 1 at SMA YPI Tunas Bangsa Palembang. This research was conducted based on the development stages of Djaali and Pudji Mulyono 2008, which consisted of the theoretical synthesis and needs analysis stages, construction of variables and learning objectives, creating grids, preparation of instruments and scoring, theoretical validation, revision, empirical validation, and data analysis test. The research results show that the test instrument questions are in the valid category with a score of 3.70. In the reliability analysis, it is known that three forms of questions are reliable, while two forms of questions are not. The practicality questionnaire assessment by students received a score of 4,25 and was included in the very practical category. Thus, it can be stated that the biological science literacy questions based on the CMA framework on viruses and their role are valid, reliable, and very practical questions.
