Abstract
Correlational research design correlation study entitled "linguistic intelligence relationship with the confidence of children A group of children in Islamic Kindergarten Menara Fitrah Indralaya”. Aims to determine the relationship of linguistic intelligence with self-confidence. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling group A amounted to 7 boys and 9 girls. The collection of data through observation. The results of the data analysis value rarithmetic= 0.768 while rtabel= 0.497, so that there is a sufficient relationship between linguistic intelligence of children with the confidence of children in group A in Islamic Kindergarten Menara Fitrah Indralaya. This was evident from the 25% of children whose linguistic intelligence Developing Very Good (BSB), 31.25% of children are in the category of Emerging accordance Hope (BSH) also got the same category in the variable self-esteem. All the indicator is shown in this study, it appears from the indicator variable linguistic, children speak a simple sentence there were 10 children from 16 children who received a score of 4. To indicator of confidence, to complete the task independently with 14 children from 16 children who received a score 4. For further research is advised to choose another method of experimental research, or action research to be more innovative and as a comparison as well as useful for further research.
