Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of work culture to the quality services at PT. Bank Jambi branch office Tebo, which requires 48 people. The method used in this study is primary data obtained by spreading questionaires and simple regression analysis as data analysis techniques. The result of the research shows that the work culture has a positive effect to the quality services.
