Abstract

This thesis is entitled "The Behavior of Watching Porno Movies among FISIP students of Sriwijaya University Palembang, Focus of the study, to find out the behavior of students watching porn movies and the factors that influence them. This study uses a qualitative design and data collection is obtained from interviews of 9 informants by conducting direct observation and data analyzed qualitatively. The result of the study showed, behavior of watching porn movies among students was influenced by the surrounding environment, such as friends, and students considered watching porn movies as sex education because the family was not given it. Besides, they watch it alone and with friends. The factors of this behavior is caused by 2 factors, internal factors, factors that are based on high curiosity in themselves, and because of free time, so they fill it with watching porn movies. Other it, external factors are influenced by the Jack of role of parents in sex education, they are ashamed to talk about sex because it is still considered taboo, because of friends are the closest environment to students, and because the ease of accessing porn movies.
