Abstract

Pabrik pembuatan dodekana dengan kapasitas 692.000 Ton/tahun direncanakan berdiri pada tahun 2023 di kawasan industri Kali Mireng, Gresik, Jawa Timur yang diperkirakan memiliki luas area 9 Ha. Proses pembuatan dodekana sebagai bahan bakar jet ini mengacu pada US Patent No. 9,688,590 B2. Bahan baku dari pembuatan dodekana ini adalah isobutanol dan hidrogen. Reaksi berlangsung pada reaktor Single bed dengan menggunakan katalis Nikel pada temperatur 216oC. Pabrik ini akan didirikan perusahaan berbentuk perseroan terbatas (PT) dengan sistem organisasi Line and Staff, yang dipimpin oleh seorang Direktur Utama dengan total karyawan 225 orang. Berdasarkan hasil analisa ekonomi pabrik dodekana ini layak didirikan karena telah memenuhi persyaratan parameter ekonomi sebagai berikut  Total Capital Investment (TCI) : US$ 132.180.221,28  Total Production Cost (TPC) : US$ 1.778.298.589  Total Penjualan per Tahun (SP) : US$ 1.840.720.000  Annual Cash Flow : US$ 90.075.432,90  Pay Out Time : 1,48 Tahun  Rate of Return : 60,87%  Break Even Point : 33,29%  Servise Life : 11 Tahun
