Abstract

This script has a research background that there are still some e-stalls that have notrun optimally. such as bookkeeping is 001 made rou1inely according to tl1e provisions. This thesis is under the Electronic Stalls of Join1 PKJ-1 Business Group (e-Warung Kube PKH) in Sematang Borang Sub district of Palembang City in 2017 in order to find out the implementation of the Electronic Stalls of Joint Service Business Group Program (e-Warung Kube PKH) in Sematang Borang Sub district of Palembang City in 2017. The theory used in this study is policy implementation theory from Ripley and Franklin. where the success of policy implementation is influenced by three aspects, those run the level of compliance. smooth routine of function and performance and also the desired impact of implementation. This study used qualitative research methods. the findings in the field from a theoretical perspective include: (1) the level of compliance in program implementation is still low, (2) Ille smoothness of program routines has not run smoothly, (3) the performance and desired impact of the program, the performance 1s quite good but the impact of program implementation has not been reached maximally. The conclusion is that the implementation of the Electronic Stalls of Joint PK.H Business Group Program (e-Warung Kube PKH) in Sematang Borang District of Palembang City in 2017 has not been successful due to several obstacles faced. the suggestions suggested include: (1) supervision into stalls needs to be improved, (2) create regular meetings between facilitators, coaches and members of Kube PKH (3) enhance companion professionalism through training and education about productive economic efforts for the development of e-stalls Kube PKH businesses and the development of network in business marketing.
