Abstract

Pengelolaan arsip yang efisien dan efektif sangat penting untuk mendukung kinerja administrasi dan pelayanan publik. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pengelolaan arsip aktif masih menghadapi beberapa kendala seperti kurangnya sumber daya manusia yang terampil dan fasilitas penyimpanan yang memadai.
