Abstract
Ecosystem-wise, Rejang Lebong Regency is an area where various types of Sumatran flora are distributed. Rejang Lebong Regency is an agricultural region known as a district that produces horticultural plants, one of which is medicinal plants (biopharmaceuticals). With the development of the use of plants as medicine by society for a long time and the increase in public trust in the use of traditional medicine, this has resulted in the need to expand knowledge regarding plants that can be used and are effective in clinical studies. This increase also affects the need for traditional medicinal plants which are already difficult or not yet widely found. With its climate and nutritional conditions, the Rejang Lebong area has great potential for planting various types of traditional medicinal plants. Therefore, an area is needed that is able to accommodate research activities and tourism-based educational activities for the community. In this case, a building is needed that is able to adapt to the humid tropical climate conditions in Rejang Lebong so that activities can be carried out in a regulated and integrated manner.
