Abstract

First Media Productions is a subscription television that offers a variety of cable television packages at affordable prices but with good quality. Although it has provided overseas and domestic shows. First Media Productions also provides self-produced shows. One of the programs produced by First Media Productions is "Telisik Kata". Although there is no rating system applied to the produced show, First Media Productions still provides quality programs. The production team consists of three people, they are producer, creative, and assistant producer who is assisted by several crew. The work that must be done while producing the "Telisik Kota" program is quite a lot, considering that the work is done by three people starting from the process of pre-production, production, to postproduction. To complete the production of the program on time, an effective team is needed. To make a team effective, it takes a supporting factor for team success, team composition, and team processes. The research method used is qualitative research methods by conducting interviews, observations and collecting data obtained from the object under study. The results of this study indicate that the First Media Productions production team was effective in producing the "Telisik Kota" Show according to what was stated by Stephen P. Robbins and Timothy A.Judge
