Abstract

Digital service innovation is the application of digital technology in public service processes to improve efficiency, accessibility, and user satisfaction. Innovations in digital services, such as the integration of the Laksan platform into Sponsor and the development of Ragit Dobel 3.0, have had a significant impact on service efficiency and effectiveness. Data from the user satisfaction survey shows an increase in the satisfaction index from year to year after the implementation of these innovations. In addition, there was a significant decrease in the percentage of DIPA revision rejections from 44.78% in 2020 to 8.74% in 2023. This research uses a qualitative method whose data is obtained through observation, interviews and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it shows that digital service innovation in the Regional Office of DJPb South Sumatra Province has a positive impact on improving the quality of public services.
