Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dampak penerapan sistem absensi fingerprint. Dimensi penerapan fingerprint yang digunakan dari teori Moch Tofik (2010). Metode penelitian menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif. Metode analisis dampak dapat dilihat dari teori Finsterbusch (Wibawa, 1994) tentang evaluasi dampak before-after. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran angket kepada seluruh pegawai, sampel jenuh sebanyak 30 responden. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan kehadiran pegawai setelah penerapan fingerprint. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t test didapati nilai 27,766 nilai ini berdasarkan ttabel nilai dikategorikan signifikan dan lebih besar dari ttabel. Hasil penelitian ini mendukung penelitian sebelumnya yang dilakukan oleh Nunun Nurhajati dan Cicik Malinda (2021). Namun, pada indikator adaptasi dengan sistem yang mengalami penurunan dengan selisih 0,65. Oleh karena itu, KPU perlu mengadakan pelatihan terhadap pegawai tentang penggunaan aplikasi fingerprint.
