Abstract
Self-efficacy is an individual's belief in their ability to successfully perform tasks, overcome obstacles, and achieve desired goals. This study aims to describe the selfefficacy profile of high school guidance and counseling teachers in Ogan Ilir Regency. The research approach used is quantitative with descriptive design. Data were collected using a psychological scale instrument and analyzed using the descriptive percentage method. The study used total sampling technique with a sample size of 31 respondents. The results showed that out of the 31 guidance and counseling teachers who were respondents, 6.45% (2 respondents) had a very high level of self-efficacy, 29.03% (9 respondents) had high self-efficacy, 29.03% (9 respondents) had a moderate level of self-efficacy, 32.26% (10 respondents) had a low level of self-efficacy, and 3.23% (1 respondent) had very low self-efficacy. These results indicate that the self-efficacy profile of high school guidance and counseling teachers in Ogan Ilir Regency is mostly in the low category. Therefore, special attention is needed from various parties to help improve the self-efficacy of guidance and counseling teachers in Ogan Ilir who are in the low category.
