Abstract

Mustard plants (Brassica Juncea L) are a vagatable crop that is very eazy to depelop, can grow all year round, and has high nutritional value. Currently, recommendations for using fertilizer for vegetable plants that are environmentally friendly and safe for health are widely used by the public. This research aims to determine the grow and yield of green mustard plans cultivated using liquid organic fertilizer from organic materials (cow manure, goat manure, chicken manure and cow urine) made aerobes and anaerobes. This research was carried out from Oktober to November 2022 on Agro Traning Canter land, Faculty of Agriculture, Sriwijaya University, Indralaya Ilir regency, Ogan Ilir, Sout Sumatera. This research used to completely random design (CDR) with consist of 5 treatment, that is P1 = POC (Manure + EM4, Aerobic) P2 = POC (Manure + Trico, Aerobic) P3 = (Manure + EM4, Anaerobic) P4 = POC (Manure + Trico, Anaerobic) P0 = NPK Mutiara 2 gram for control. This research of the analysis showed all liquid organic fertilizer treatments had a very significant effect on all the variables observed except the level of greenness that treatment with NPK fertilizer (control) gave the highest results on the growth and yield of green mustard plans. Liqiud organic fertilizer has been able to balance the yield of plants cultivated with NPK fertilization. Keywords: Growth, Fertilizer, Mustard Plants, Aerobic, Anaerobic.
