Abstract

Rubber plants are annual plants and can produce until they reach the age of 25-30 years, with a maximum capacity of rubber plants that can be planted around 476 trees per hectare. The purpose of this study was to test the application of a network model of artificial conditions with various effects of NPK fertilizer doses to see the growth of 6-month-old rubber plants. This research was conducted from November 2023 to January 2024 in Sugi Waras Village, Rambang District, Muara Enim regency, South Sumatra. The method used in this study is a descriptive method with 5 treatments and 5 replications. Fertilizer treatment consists of no fertilizer (A1), NPK fertilizer 10 g (A2), NPK fertilizer 15 g (A3), NPK fertilizer 20 g (A4), Npk fertilizer 25 g (A5). The parameters used in this study include: plant diameter, leaf length, leaf width , plant height, and leaf color index. The results showed that the high parameters of NPK 25 g (A5) fertilizer treatment plants experienced a significant increase compared to other treatments. On the parameters of leaf color index, NPK 10 g (A2) fertilizer treatment experienced a significant increase compared to other treatments, and on the parameters of plant diameter, NPK 10 g (A2) treatment was more significant than other treatments, while on the parameters of leaf length and width of each treatment did not show a significant increase. Neural network Model (Ann) produced the smallest Mean Square Error (MSE) value of 1,59 x 10-2, and the smallest Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) value of 9,57%.
