Abstract

Nilai tukar petani merupakan salah satu indikator untuk melihat tingkat daya beli petani di desa dan untuk mengukur kemampuan produk (komoditas) yang dihasilkan atau dijual petani dibandingkan dengan produk yang dibutuhkan petani untuk proses produksi (usaha) maupun untuk konsumsi pribadi. Data NTP dapat digunakan sebagai salah satu tolak ukur atas keberhasilan pembangunan yang dilakukan oleh pemerintah dan masyarakat. Peramalan NTP pada periode berikutnya akan bermanfaat sebagai patokan untuk mengantisipasi segala situasi serta dapat mengendalikan NTP agar terus naik sehingga meningkatkan kesejahteraan petani di Sumatera Selatan. Oleh karena itu, peramalan diperlukan dengan menggunakan metode ARIMA yang dikombinasikan dengan tranformasi wavelet MODWT dengan filter Coiflet. Metode ini digunakan karena menghasilkan model peramalan dengan nilai akurasi yang tinggi dan hasil ramalan yang lebih akurat. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu nilai tukar petani (NTP) di Sumatera Selatan pada Januari 2014 sampai Februari 2023. Pada pengolahan data peramalan nilai tukar petani di Sumatera Selatan menggunakan bantuan aplikasi software RStudio dan menghasilkan nilai MAPE sebesar 9,831443%, sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa model peramalan mempunyai keakuratan yang sangat baik.
