Abstract

PT Langgeng Daya Agrindo is a coal mining contractor company based in Lahat, South Sumatra, which operates at the PT Budi Gema Gempita IUP location in Muara Lawai Village, East Merapi, Lahat, South Sumatra. From 2025 to 2027 PT Langgeng Daya Agrindo has set a coal production target of 3.00.000 tons with a maximum SR of 5 bcm/ton. Therefore, it is necessary to create a new mining stage plan so that it can support the production targets set by the company. All aspects must be planned as well as possible to achieve the company's production targets. The stages in this research began with calculating reserves in Minescape 5.7 software and calculating forecast where the results of calculating reserves and forecast were obtained. Mining sequence design for 2025 to 2027. In the Kungkilan pit, the coal taken is seam 8 with a thickness of 11 meters at an elevation of +25. From the design that has been made for the final pit from 2025 to 2027, the total coal reserves are 9.415.037,64 tonnes and overburden is 47.696.652,35 bcm with SR 5.07 bcm/ton. In 2025, 3.162.162,46 tons of coal will be obtained and 15.936.540,38 tons of overburden with SR 5.04 bcm/ton. In 2026, 3.134.053,98 tons of coal will be obtained and 15.866.851,40 overburden with SR 5.06. bcm/ton, in 2027 coal will be obtained at 3.118.821,20 tons and overburden at 15.893.260,57 with SR 5.10 bcm/ton. Equipment planning for 2025 to 2027 requires 8 overburden fleets and 3 coal fleets.
