Abstract
This study aims to describe the implementation of the Premature Program which includes the implementation process and the inhibiting factors in the implementation of learning. this type of research uses a qualitative approach. Respondents in this study amounted to 6 people. The data collection methods used in this study are interview, observation and documentation methods. Based on the results of research findings on the implementation of the Diniyah Program only on the implementation of the Program. As a program to increase the learning of Islam, the Diniyah Program has not helped the School in increasing knowledge about learning Islam. This is evidenced by the small number of students who get good grades in the learning and examination process. Inhibiting factors in the implementation of learning include learning facilities that are still very limited, tutors do not have a lesson schedule and the attendance rate of students decreases over time. So it can be concluded that the implementation of learning in the Diniyah Program has not gone well. Tutors have not carried out the stages of implementing learning systematically. The suggestions that can be given are the need for further research regarding the learning process, the influence of the Early Program and the participation of students in participating in learning in the Early Childhood Program.
