Abstract
Palembang city was located in low plain which has swamp and transformation land regulation in some region caused increasing flow. Lack of water absorption land which has caused flood and puddle. The purpose of this study is to model the feasibility of technical infrastructure aspects of retention ponds and evaluating criteria parameters based on a pond of high, long and wide puddle in district of Sukarame and Kalidoni. . Method that may used in this experiment by doing field observation that includes evaluate each pond retention and collecting secondary data. Technical aspect analysist result based on component distribution result in retention pond evaluation there was adjustment building that has mass about 41,9 % compared with protection builing that has mass about 35,5% and support building that has mass about 22,6%. Based on facility model result there are 2 retention pond in sufficient condition (50% - 79%) and 5 retention pond in damage category (0%-49%), and based on hec-hms simulation comparison result and manual there are 1 retention pond flood that is citra damai retention pond by duration of water puddle is about 1 hour 20 minutes, puddle height is 0,204 m and water puddle area is 2,8090 ha, it can conclude that flood in Citra Damai pond retention may overcome by repair a few damage and add some infrastructure.
