Abstract
ABSTRAK Pabrik Akrolein direncanakan berlokasi di daerah Bekasi, Jawa Barat. Seluas 4,5 ha dengan kapasitas 60.000 ton/tahun. Proses pembuatan Akrolein ini menggunakan bahan baku Gliserol dengan Tungstic Zirconia sebagai katalis. Reaksi berlangsung pada tekanan 2,9 atm dan temperatur 310oC (US 2017/0088500 A1). Reaktor yang digunakan adalah Multitubular Fixed Bed Reactor. Dengan reaksi yang terjadi sebagai berikut : Reaksi Utama : CH2CHCH2(OH)3 CH2CHCHO + 2H2O Reaksi Samping : CH2CHCH2(OH)3 CH3COCH2OH + H2O Perusahaan berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT) dengan struktur organisasi Line and Staff, yang dipimpin seorang Direktur Utama dengan karyawan sebanyak 134 orang. Hasil analisa ekonomi, maka pabrik pembuatan Akrolein berbahan baku Gliserol ini dinyatakan layak didirikan. Dengan berdasarkan analisa ekonomi sebagai berikut : • Total Capital Investment (TCI) : US$ 51.242.684,3778 • Total Production Cost (TPC) : US$ 215.366.040,7014 • Total Penjualan per Tahun (SP) : US$ 433.906.660,9662 • Annual Cash Flow : US$ 157.334.053,8575 • Pay Out Time : 1,37 tahun • Rate of Return : 74,59% • Break Even Point : 31,35% • Service Life : 11 tahun
