Abstract
The research objective was to determine the role of organizational justice toward organizational commitment on employees in QA division of PT. X. The major hypothesis, has a role of organizational justice to organizational commitment. The minor hypothesis is distributive justice, procedural justice, interpersonal justice, and informational justice has a role to organizational commitment. The sample was the employees in QA division of PT. X as many as 70 people through saturation sampling technique. The scale used is the scale of organizational justice, with reference to Colquitt, LePine, and Wesson (2015), and scale of organizational commitment modified from the scale of organizational commitment Meyer and Allen (1997) The results were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis. The result of major hypothesis showed that has a role of organizational justice toward organizational commitment with R square=0,243 and p=0,000. The result of the minor hypothesis showed the value of p=0,002 in interpersonal justice which is means interpersonal justice has a role to organizational commitment. While in distributive justice obtained the value of p=0,113, p=0,095 in procedural justice, and p=0,958 in informational justice. It means the distributive, procedural and informational justice has no role significantly to organizational commitment.
