Data collection techniques in the study of the written test 1s a matter of the kind of content change and relationship of PISA. These tests serve to find out the types of errors made by students in resolving the question of the type of PISA. From the test results, researchers are choosing 5 of the subject are purposif and based on the types of errors made in resolving the question of PISA. Then the interview is conducted to find out the cause of the error and continued with the awarding of the scaffolding. Based on the results of data analysis against the 28 students, errors in understanding the problem as much as 46%, errors in transform reserved as much as 48%, errors in the exciting conclusion of 6%. The most transformations error done by the students, students are not able to formulate a problem in real life situation into mathematical models, such as the interpret the context of real situations into mathematical form. Scaffolding provided to resolve errors in the transformation problem by rectructuring development and conceptual thinking. Understand the problem is the subject of error not read the question carefully and less able to interpret the meaning of the sentence. Scaffolding provided to overcome error in understanding the problem with reviewing.
