Abstract
Pada penelitian ini masalah yang diteliti yaitu untuk mengetahui apakah atribut produk motor honda berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas konsumen dan untuk mengetahui variabel merek (X1), fitur (X2), mutu (X3) dan desain (X4) yang dominan mempengaruhi loyalitas konsumen motor honda (Y). Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer yang diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner sebanyak seratus orang responden. Teknik analisis yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan uji F, uji t, dan analisis linear berganda. Penelitian uji F mendapatkan nilai 0.000 yang memiliki arti bahwa variabel atribut produk berpengaruh secara simultan terhadap loyalitas konsumen. Penelitian uji t mendapatkan variabel X1 (merek) dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000 dan X3 (mutu) dengan nilai signifikansi 0.000. variabel yang dominan mempengaruhi loyalitas konsumen motor honda yaitu variabel X1 (merek) dengan nilai 0,436
