Abstract
This research aims to determine the effect of recruitment and selection process on the performance of employees at PT. Prima Elita. While the method od data analysis, researchesrs used multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test, validity, reliability, and coefficient of determination. The result showed that the presence of positive and significant impact on the recruitment and selection process on the performance of employees at PT. Prima Elita is equal to 0,580. Based on the test known determinants that influence the process of recruitment and selection of employees is 33,6% performance.
