Abstract

Pabrik Fenol yang direncanakan dibangun pada lahan seluas 4,25 Ha berlokasi di JI. Raya Mulyosari No. 25, Kal isari, Surabaya, Jawa Timur pada tahun 2023. Pabrik beroperasi secara continuous dengan kapasitas produksi 89 .000 ton per tahun. Proses pembuatan Feno! melalui dua rangkaian proses mengacu pada US Patent No. 9,663,430 B2, yaitu oksidasi cyclohexylbenzene (CHB) pada Fixed Bed Reactor oleh oksigen pada temperatur 110°C dan tekanan 1,2 atm, kemudian reaksi dekomposisi cyclohexyl-1-phenyl-J-hyrdroperoxide menjadi fenol dan sikloheksanon didalam CSTR pada temperatur I 85°C, tekanan I atm, dan konversi 90% . Pabrik ini akan didirikan perusahaan berbentuk Perseroan Terbatas (PT) yang akan dipimpin oleh Direktur Utama. Sistem organisasi perusahaan adalah line and staff dengan total karyawan 153 orang. Pabrik pembuatan Feno! layak didirikan karena telah memenuhi persyaratan parameter analisa ekonomi sebagai berikut: I) lnvestasi (TC!) =US$ 580,061,989.78 2) Hasil penjualan per tahun = US $ 484,228,600,33 3) Biaya produksi per tahun (TPC) =US$ 374,252,396.15 4) Laba bersih pertahun =US$ 71,484,532.72 5) Pay Out time = 1,5 I tahun 6) Rate of return on investment = 59,41 % 7) Discounted Cash Flow-ROR = 65,97 % 8) Break Even Point = 35, 11 %
