Abstract

PT Langgeng Daya Agrindo (LDA) is a mining contractor company operating in the IUP of PT Budi Gema Gempita located in Muara Lawai Village, Merapi Timur Sub-district, Lahat Regency, South Sumatra Province. PT Budi Gempa Gempita has an IUP area of 1524 Ha. The company has set a coal mining production target of 3.000.000 tons with a stripping ratio of 5 for the year 2025. To achieve the production target, PT LDA plans to mine the Kungkilan pit, which requires a design plan to realize the production target. Mining sequence planning is designed using minescape 5.7 software. After the design of the sequence design is obtained, then conduct an analysis to determine the appropriate number of fleets. The Kungkilan lom pit in 2025 has an area of 46,03 Ha. with a total coal tonnage of 3.093.675 tons and an overburden volume of 15.593.361 bcm with SR 5. In quarter 1, 674.183 tons of coal required 5 fleet loaders ZX350LCH and 30 units of haulers Dump Truck QWE 280 with overburden volume of 3.146.194 bcm required 5 fleet loaders ZX870LCH paired with 9 articulated dumptruck A40G and 4 fleet loaders ZX470LC paired with 7 articulated dumptruck A40G. In quarter 2, 879.975 tons of coal required 5 fleet loaders ZX350LCH and 30 units of haulers Dump Truck QWE 280 with overburden volume of 4.053.655 bcm required 5 fleet loaders ZX870LCH paired with 9 articulated dumptruck A40G and 4 fleet loaders ZX470LC paired with 7 articulated dumptruck A40G. In quarter 3, 806.593 tons of coal required 4 fleet loaders ZX350LCH and 24 units of haulers Dump Truck QWE 280 with overburden volume of 4.599.397 bcm required 5 fleet loaders ZX870LCH paired with 9 articulated dumptruck A40G and 4 fleet loaders ZX470LC paired with 7 articulated dumptruck A40G. In quarter 4, 722.926 tons of coal required 4 fleet loaders ZX350LCH and 24 units of haulers Dump Truck QWE 280 with overburden volume of 3.794.117 bcm required 5 fleet loaders ZX870LCH paired with 9 articulated dumptruck A40G and 4 fleet loaders ZX470LC paired with 7 articulated dumptruck A40G
