Abstract

ABSTRACT Analysis of Clean Water Company Performance in the Regional Water Company (PDAM) Lematang Enim By: Chardiyan Orieansyah Drs. H. Ubaidillah, M.M., Ak Abukosim, S.E., M.M., Ak This study aims to analize the performance of clean water company in the regional water company (PDAM) Lematang Enim based on Ministry’s of Home Affairs Decision (Kepmendagri) No.47/1999 includes financial aspect, operational aspect and administration aspect. Management performance of the company is a benchmark for the implementation of the company’s missions to serve the needs of water well. Pada dasarnya teknik analisis penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis kualitatif deskriptif (Descriptive Qualitative Analisys Technique). This study analysis technique using descriptive qualitative analysis technique (Descriptive Qualitative Analisys Technique). The study method used is descriptive analytical method, a method that attempts to collect data in accordance with the actual situation, present and analyze it so that it can provide described clearly of the object studied and then it can be concluded. The data of this study were obtained by documentation of financial data and direct interviews with Lematang Enim's management. Results the data analysis of regional water company Lematang Enim Kabupaten Muara Enim for 2009 - 2013 according to Ministry’s of Home Affairs Decision (Kepmendagri) No.47/1999 concluded that in general the average performance of the financial aspects of PDAM Lematang Enim performing "sufficient" with the value of 57.004.
