Abstract
Infus macet masih menjadi masalah yang sering terjadi pada terapi intravena. Perawat selalu melakukan pemeriksaan terhadap kondisi tetesan cairan infus diruang pasien dan masih dilakukan manual. Sampai saat ini belum ada alat yang menawarkan solusi berupa memberikan pemberitahuan terkait kondisi infus macet secara real time yang secara otomatis memantau dan melaporkan kondisi infus yang mengalami kemacetan melalui platform berbasis web. Diperlukan suatu alat dan sistem yang mampu mengatasi dan memonitor cara kerja infus sehingga penggunaanya dapat lebih terkendali dengan baik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut dengan mengembangkan prototipe alat pemantau infus macet berbasis web untuk pengawasan pasien rawat inap. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D) dengan model ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development ,Implementation, Evaluation). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan tingkat kebergunaan berdasarkan user experience questionnaire (UEQ) dengan skala attractiveness (1,92), efficiency (1,90), stimulation (1,93) dan novelty (2,03) mendapatkan kriteria excellent dan skala dependability (1,74) dan perspicuity (1,74) dengan kriteria good. Prototipe alat pemantau infus macet berbasis web ini dapat bekerja dengan baik dan terbukti berguna dalam pemantauan infus macet. Kata Kunci : infus macet, prototipe, web Infusion jammed is still a common problem in intravenous therapy. Nurses always check the condition of the infusion fluid drops in the patient's room and it is still done manually. Until now, there has been no tool that offers a solution in the form of providing notification regarding the condition of the jammed infusion in real time which automatically monitors and reports the condition of the infusion that is jammed via a web-based platform. A tool and system are needed that are able to overcome and monitor how the infusion works so that its use can be better controlled. This study aims to overcome that problem by developing a prototype of a web-based infusion jam monitoring tool for inpatient monitoring. This study used the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The results of this study showed the level of usefulness based on the user experience questionnaire (UEQ) with the attractiveness scale (192), efficiency (1.90), stimulation (1.93) and novelty (2.03) obtained excellent criteria and the dependability scale (174) and perspicuity (1.74) with good criteria. This web-based prototype of a jam infusion monitoring tool can work well and has proven to be useful in monitoring jammed infusions. Keywords : jammed infusion, prototype, web
