Abstract
Salah satu penyebab kecelakaan pesawat di darat adalah adanya genangan air di landasan pacu. Untuk mengatasi masalah ini, diperlukan pengembangan sistem sensor otomatis yang dapat mengukur ketinggian genangan air di landasan pacu secara akurat. Penelitian ini difokuskan untuk menyelidiki kemampuan tahan benturan dan patah dari rangka sensor yang terbuat dari baja ST 52. Tiga desain rangka sensor yang berbeda disimulasikan dengan menggunakan metode Finite Element Analisis untuk menganalisis respons rangka sensor terhadap beban benturan. Analisis ini mempertimbangkan berbagai faktor, termasuk deformasi, tegangan ekuivalen (von-Mises), faktor keamanan, momentum, energi kinetik, dan gaya kontak. Hasil simulasi menunjukkan bahwa desain 3 dengan material baja ST 52 adalah yang paling mudah patah, dengan nilai tegangan ekuivalen von-Mises tertinggi sebesar 40447 MPa, faktor keamanan terendah sebesar 0,0061809, dan momentum terendah sebesar 267,07 kg-m/s.
