Abstract

This study aims to empirically examine the impact of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) on corporate value in Indonesia. The control variables used in this research are Return on Assets (ROA), company size (SIZE), and industry sector as a dummy variable. The ESG Score is employed as the independent variable, while corporate value is proxied by Tobin's Q as the dependent variable. Data analysis is conducted using the Random Effect Model (REM) with STATA 17 software. The results of the study indicate that Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) has a significant positive impact on corporate value (Tobin's Q). Additionally, the control variable Return on Assets (ROA) also shows a significant positive effect on corporate value, whereas company size (SIZE) demonstrates a significant negative impact on corporate value.
