Abstract

The objective of this study is to analyze the influence of economic growth, Consumer Price Index, exchange rates, assets and Non-Performing Financing (NPF) in the member countries of the Organization of Islamic Cooperatio (OIC) for the period Q1 2015 to Q4 2022. The analysis technique used is panel data regression with Eviews 12 program. The results of the study show that economic growth has a positive and significant influence onn sharia financing. Increasing economic growth will create stable economic conditions thereby encouraging increased sharia financing. A high CPI will encourage the central bank to raise interest rates so that financing will fall. The exchange rate has a positive and significant influence on sharia financing. Assets have a positive and significant influence on sharia financing. The greater the assets owned, the greater the bank's capacity to distribute sharia financing. Futhermore, Non-Performing Financing (NPF) has a negative and significant influence on sharia financing. The high NPL will affect the bank's health level and the qualityof financing.
