Abstract
The aim of this research is to explain the effectiveness of procuring stationery goods via e- procurement at the Procurement Bureau of Goods and Services Regional Secretariat of South Sumatra Province. This research uses the theory of electronic procurement according to Kalakota and Robinson based on ordering goods, providing goods and paying for goods. The research method used is a qualitative approach. Data was collected by observation, interviews and documentation with five informants. Samples were collected using Miles and Huberman data analysis techniques by condensing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions. The results of the research show that when procuring goods via E-Procurement at the Regional Secretariat of South Sumatra Provincial Goods and Services Procurement Bureau, the order flow and flow of goods are integrated in the E-Catalog application. Meanwhile, the payment process has not been integrated in the E-Catalog application, but the reporting flow has been integrated in the BPKAD SIPD. Keywords: Procurement of Goods, E-procurement, and E-Catalog
