Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan kerawanan kebakaran hutan dan lahan di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur, Provinsi Jambi dan membuat peta kebakaran hutan dan lahan gambut di Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur, Provinsi Jambi. Setiap parameter memiliki pengaruh terhadap kebakaran hutan dan lahan seperti tutupan lahan, vegetasi, jenis tanah, elevasi, topografi dan curah hujan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Kabupaten Tanjung Jabung Timur termasuk tingkat kerawanan kebakaran hutan dan lahan yang tinggi. Tingkat kerawanan rendah dengan luas 126.250876 Ha persentase 0.03%, tingkat kerawanan sedang dengan luas 102086.674 Ha persentase 25.31%, tingkat kerawanan kebakaran tinggi dengan luas 289839.0374 Ha persentase 71.86% dan tingkat kerawanan kebakaran sangat tinggi dengan luas 11279.25834 Ha persentase 2.8%.
