Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan secara empiris dan menganalisis pengaruh penerapan manajemen sumberdaya manusia yang terdiri dari variabel Mindfulness, Perceived Organizational Support, Employee Engagement terhadap Employee Performance melalui Employee Creativity pada PT. Pegadaian Wilayah III Area Sumatera bagian Selatan. Penelitian ini juga menganalisis pengaruh Mindfulness, Perceived Organizational Support, Employee Engagement secara langsung terhadap Employee Performance maupun secara tidak langsung melalui variabel Employee Creativity, serta pengaruh Employee Creativity terhadap Employee Performance. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai PT. Pegadaian Wilayah III Area Sumatera bagian Selatan yang berjumlah 226 orang. Dengan menggunakan model Issac dan Michael untuk menghitung besarnya sampel minimum dan teknik pengambilan sampel secara proportional random sampling, didapat jumlah sampel sebanyak 226 yang menjadi responden dalam penelitian ini. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Mindfulness, Perceived Organizational Support, Employee Engagement berpengaruh positif dan signifikan masing-masing terhadap Employee Performance, serta Employee Creativity berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Employee Performance. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan bahwa Mindfulness, Perceived Organizational Support dan Employee Engagement memiliki pengaruh tidak langsung terhadap Employee Performance melalui Employee Creativity, sedangkan variabel Mindfulness tidak memiliki pengaruh langsung terhadap Employee Performance. Bagi peneliti selanjutnya, diharapkan dapat memperluas unit analisis penelitian pada sektor lembaga keuangan lainnya seperti Asuransi, Lembaga Keuangan Bank dan Koperasi.
