Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh disiplin kerja dan lingkungan kerja fisik terhadap kinerja pegawai Bagian Protokol dan Komunikasi Pimpinan Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Ogan Ilir. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai Bagian Protokol dan Komunikasi Pimpinan Sekretariat Daerah Kabupaten Ogan Ilir, teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik sampling jenuh dengan sampel yang berjumlah 64 responden. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini didapat melalui kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Berdasarkan hasil analisis disimpulkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai sedangkan lingkungan kerja fisik tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai.
