Abstract

TPA Sukawinatan merupakan tempat pembuangan akhir yang berada di Kota Palembang yang mempunyai luas ± 25 Ha. Setiap harinya TPA Sukawinatan menerima sampah dari Kota Palembang dengan rata-rata volume sampah ± 600 ton/hari, dan memiliki tinggi sampah berkisar antara 4 hingga 17 meter. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi potensi longsor dan mengetahui bidang gelincir pada lereng TPA Sukawinatan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode geolistrik resistivitas 2 dimensi konfigurasi Wenner dengan panjang lintasan masing – masing 60 meter dan spasi elektroda 2.5 meter. Kemudian dilakukan intepretasi sehingga didapat nilai resistivitas dari lintasan 1 sebesar 16.5 Ω.m – 32485 Ω.m dan pada lintasan 2 sebesar 24.8 Ω. m – 186907 Ω. m. Bidang gelincir lintasan 1 terdapat sepanjang 25 m – 32.5 m pada. Sedangkan dari lintasan 2 terdapat sepanjang 22 m – 40 m. Berdasarkan dari nilai resistivitas yang didapat dan komposisi sampah yang ada pada TPA Sukawinatan menunjukan bahwa potensi longsor itu ada. Sehingga sampah yang berada di TPA Sukawinatan harus dikelola dengan baik.
