Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan dalam pembingkaian mengenai analisis framing Pemberitaan Kekerasan Siswa Sekolah Menengah Pertama di Cilacap pada portal berita Detik.com dan Kompas.com. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis framing model Zhondang Pan dan Gerald M. Kosicki dengan objek yang diteliti adalah delapan belas berita dari Detik.com dan lima belas berita pada Kompas.com dari bulan September hingga November 2023. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat perbedaan pada sudut pandang pemberitaan. Detik.com dalam pemberitaannya informasi dibingkai seperti Keberpihakan Media yang lebih berfokus untuk memberitakan dari sisi pelaku. Berbeda dengan portal Kompas.com, pembingkaian berita terlihat lebih berfokus untuk memberitakan dari sisi korban.
