Abstract

PT Bukit Asam Tbk (PTBA), a coal mining company under the auspices of a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN), uses Information Technology to support its operational activities. PTBA has formed an Information Technology Work Unit (SATKER) tasked with supporting the transformation and development of the company's business. At the moment, companies face problems in incident reporting performance. Ineffective reporting and communication processes complicate monitoring and handling of incidents, and increases the risk of non-compliance with operational standards and security policies. The more incidents that are reported, the more difficult it is to find data and monitor incident handling. Therefore, this research aims to design a web-based UI/UX for an incident management system with the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) V4 framework. In the final stage, usability testing will be carried out using the System Usability Scale (SUS). Test results show effectiveness of 97%, efficiency of 85.49%, and the SUS value is 80.75. This system design received an "Acceptable" rating, with B rank, and falls into the "Excellent" category. Therefore, the designed system is worthy of being developed towards a further implementation stage. Keywords : UI/UX Design; Incident Management; ITIL V4; System Usability Scale (SUS).
