Abstract

Knowledge is the result of learning experiences in the form of information whose accuracy can be trusted based on facts. Improving student performance requires good knowledge. In this case, it is supported by several aspects that can act as mediators to trigger individual attitudes in increasing awareness of sharing their knowledge. The theories underlying this research are Knowledge Based Theory, Performance Theory and Theory of Planned Behavior. This research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study was 2,661 and the number of samples was 348 which were obtained using the proportional stratified random sampling method. In analyzing the data using the PLS-SEM technique and using SmartPLS software. The results obtained from the hypothesis that there is a significant influence between Knowledge Sharing Behavior on Performance, then there is a significant influence of Individual Attitudes on Knowledge Sharing, but there is no significant influence of Information Systems as a mediator between the relationship between Individual Attitudes and Knowledge Sharing and there is a significant influence between Information Systems as moderation.
