Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of manpower planing and mutation on the performance of employees (Study Empiris in the Regional Office of the BPJS Ketenagakerjaan of Sumbagsel). The data used in this study are primary data collected through the use of a questionnaire as an instrument to measure the research variables. The questionnaire was distributed to all employees of Regional Office of the BPJS Ketenagakeraan of Sumbagsel, totaling 377 individuals, using simple random sampling method with 5% error limit by Solvin formula or 183 employees. The data collected from the questionnaire instruments were processed using the SPSS program with multiple linear regression analysis. The study results indicate that the relationship between manpower planing is positively and significantly related to the performance of employees at Regional Office of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan of Sumbagsel, and the relationship between mutation is positively and significantly associated with the performance of employees at Regional Office of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan of Sumbagsel. The findings of this research are used as input for Regional Office of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan of Sumbagsel to enhance employee performance by providing manpower planing, such as recruitment to achieve the right man on the right place and the right time. and by paying attention to mutation through opportunities for self-development, fair promotions based on employee competencies, and in line with organizational needs add implications.
