Abstract

Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE) adalah penyakit autoimun yang dapat menyerang berbagai sistem organ tubuh, menyebabkan beragam manifestasi klinis dan menurunkan kualitas hidup. Deskripsi kualitas kehidupan bagi penderita lupus bermanfaat sebagai acuan dalam memberikan pengobatan dan peningkatan pelayanan bagi penderita lupus. Saat ini jumlah penderita SLE cenderung meningkat, beberapa pasien SLE mencari terapi komplementer untuk mengendalikan gejala dan efek samping obat. Salah satu bentuk terapi komplementer yang digunakan oleh anggota Persatuan Lupus Sumatera Selatan (PLSS) adalah shalat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui gambaran kekhusyukan shalat dan kualitas hidup penderita SLE di Persatuan Lupus Sumatera Selatan (PLSS). Jenis penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Dengan menggunakan teknik purpossive sampling didapatkan sebanyak 74 sampel. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner khusyuk shalat dan LupusQol secara online, kemudian dilakukan analisis univariat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa responden sebanyak (97,3%) termasuk pada kelompok usia dewasa dan hampir seluruh responden berjenis kelamin perempuan (95,9%). Responden dengan kekhusyukan shalat pada kategori tinggi sebanyak (89,2%). Kualitas hidup responden pada aspek kesehatan fisik, rasa sakit, perencanaan, hubungan intim, ketergantungan pada orang lain, kesehatan emosional, citra diri, dan kelelahan berada pada ketegori tinggi dengan rata-rata (83,08%). Gambaran kekhusyukan shalat dan kulitas hidup pada berbagai aspek hampir seluruh responden berada pada kategori tinggi. Hal ini berarti kekhusyukan shalat yang tinggi dapat menurunkan stres, mengurangi kecemasan dan memberikan ketenangan, sehingga bisa menjadi intervensi keperawatan yang mengintegrasikan aspek spiritual. Jika kualitas hidup tinggi dapat meningkatkan kreativitas dan kebahagiaan pasien SLE sehingga berdampak pada fase remisi. Description of the quality of life for lupus patients is useful as a reference in providing treatment and improving services for lupus patients. Currently, the number of SLE patients tends to increase, some SLE patients seek complementary therapy to control symptoms and side effects of drugs. One form of complementary therapy is used by members of the South Sumatra Lupus Association (SSLA) is prayer. This study aims to determine the description of the solemnity of prayer and the quality of life of SLE patients in the South Sumatra Lupus Association (SSLA). This type of study was descriptive with a cross-sectional approach. By using a purposive sampling technique were obtained 74 samples. Data collection used prayer solemnity questionnaire and LupusQol via online and then it was carried out univariate The results showed that 97.3% of respondents were in the adult age group and almost the whole respondents were female (95.9%). Respondents with a high category of prayer solemnity were 89.2%. The quality of life of respondents in terms of physical health, pain, planning, intimate relationships, dependence on others, emotional health, self-image, and fatigue was in the high category with an average of 83.08% Description of prayer and quality of life in various aspects of almost the whole respondents was in the high category. This means that high prayer solemnity can reduce stress, reduce anxiety and provide peace, so that it can be a nursing intervention that integrates spiritual aspects. If the quality of life was high, it can increase the creativity and happiness of SLE patients so that it has an impact on the remission phase. Keywords: Solemnity of Prayer, Quality of Life, SLE
