Abstract

This research discusses the feasibility analysis of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (MSME) Kayuagung District Ogan Komering Ilir Regency, South Sumatra. The objectives of this research are: (1) To describe the process of making Baso Aci Ayam Suwir Snackduta. (2) To describe the MSME Baso Aci Ayam Suwir Snackduta based on legal, management, market and marketing and environmental aspects. (3) To analyze the feasibility of the Baso Aci Ayam Suwir Snackduta MSME business based on financial aspects, namely Net Present Value, Internal Rate of Return, Gross Benefit-Cost Ratio and Break Even Point. (4) To analyze the level of sensitivity of Baso Aci Ayam Suwir Snackduta MSME. The research obtained the following results: (1) The process of making Baso Aci Ayam Suwir Snackduta is well structured and uses safe ingredients without preservatives. (2) MSME Baso Aci Ayam Suwir Snackduta has several certificates, including Business Identification Number (NIB), Home Industry Food (PIRT), Halal LPPOM MUI. MSME Baso Aci Ayam Suwir Snackduta. The business employs two employees who are family members and the owner and manager still help with the production process. MSME Baso Aci Ayam Suwir Snackduta produces 25pcs of products in one production with a selling price of IDR 20,000/pcs, the business has several competitors and often carries out promotions such as endorsements, market channels via offline and online. Businesses can manage and utilize waste well. (2) The business is feasible to run in terms of the financial aspect, resulting in a Net Present Value (NPV) of IDR 47,091,816.80, Gross B/C 1.15, Internal Rate of Return (IRR) above the interest rate, BEP unit 2577.63pcs and BEP rupiah of IDR 51,552,614. (3) Sensitivity analysis obtained results of 29.72% for the maximum limit for increasing operational costs and 13.17% for the maximum limit for reducing selling prices.
