Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pupuk organik limbah cair tahu dan pupuk NPK terhadap pertumbuhan dan hasil tanaman tomat. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Kebun Percobaan Fakultas Pertanian, Universitas Sriwijaya. Pelaksanaan penelitian bulan Januari sampai bulan April 2022. Rancangan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah Rancangan Acak Kelompok Faktorial (RAKF) terdiri dari 2 faktor dan 3 ulangan. Masing-masing unit perlakuan terdiri dari 3 tanaman sehingga jumlah seluruhnya adalah 144 tanaman. Faktor 1 yaitu Pupuk Organik Limbah Cair Tahu (L) terdiri dari L0 = Tanpa Pemberian Pupuk Organik Limbah Cair Tahu, L1 = Pupuk Organik Limbah Cair Tahu (600 ml/tanaman), L2 = Pupuk Organik Limbah Cair Tahu (800 ml/tanaman), L3 = Pupuk Organik Limbah Cair Tahu (1000 ml/tanaman). Faktor 2 yaitu Pupuk NPK (N) terdiri dari N0 = 150 kg ha-1 (4,5 g tanaman-1), N1 = 225 kg ha-1 (6,75 g tanaman-1), N2 = 300 kg ha-1 (9 g tanaman-1), N3 = 375 kg ha-1 (11,25 g tanaman-1). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pemberian pupuk organik limbah cair tahu dan pupuk NPK memberikan pengaruh tidak nyata terhadap tinggi tanaman dan jumlah buah per tanaman, tetapi berpengaruh sangat nyata terhadap berat buah per tanaman dan waktu munculnya bunga. Kombinasi tanpa pemberian pupuk organik cair dan pupuk NPK dengan dosis 375 kg ha-1 atau setara dengan 11,25 g tanaman-1 telah memberikan pengaruh terbaik terhadap berat buah dan hari muncul bunga.
