Abstract

Research purposed define variance character fruit part of oil palm from three progeny such as DxP AVROS, DxP BLRS and DxP MARIHAT. Selected advanced three populations progeny DxP AVROS, MARIHAT and BLRS oil palm genetic materials at the PT. Tania Selatan Research Stations Ogan Komering Ilir District, South Sumatra. The methode of the research available at field and laboratory. The sampling leaf unit (SLU) used at field and the second level at laboratory to analyses component fruit for identifications. Statistic analysis for test sample as used t-test with independent sample, probability with alpha as 0,05 and range result t-table is 2,093 for signed two tailed. The result of statistic analysis was significant each other observe component fruit for character fresh fruit bunch (FFB), shell to fruit (StF), kemel to fruit (KtF), mesocarp fruit (MtF) and mean nut weight (MNW) have same character. Partitions component of fruit are same from three populations suggested variety Tenera.
