Based on the International Diabetes Federation (IDF) data, Indonesia ranks fifth in the world in terms of the number of people living with diabetes. In 2021, there were an estimated 19.5 million individuals with diabetes in Indonesia, a figure that is predicted to reach 28.6 million by 2045. Additionally, it is important to analyse the Prolanis JKN Program and the preventive measures regularly implemented at the primary care level. Method: The study to analyze Prolanis to outpatient visit using cross-sectional study explored 33.665 Diabetes Mellitus patients, 11.590 including Prolanis. The research utilised secondary BPJS Kesehatan, with eight independent variables. It was then evaluated using the correlation analysis method and multiple logistic regression. Result and Discussion: The outpatient visits at hospital from Prolanis member are 1072 (20,7%), the results of the study demonstrate a notable correlation between participation in the JKN program pvalue=0.001, utilisation of primary healthcare services pvalue=0.001, HbA1c result pvalue=0.001 and engagement in physical activity pvalue=0.009 with the Prolanis DM program and outpatient visits at the Class C Palembang Hospitals in 2023. Conclusion: A reduction in the number of outpatient visits influence by HbA1c result, health facility, member of JKN and education-physical activity optimally, and was observed among DM sufferers who participated in the Prolanis DM program actively to induce decreasing non-communicable diseases (NCD) in Indonesia.
