Abstract
PT. Pupuk Sriwidjaja Palembang (Persero) is a urea fertilizer company and is one of the first BUMN in Indonesia. In waste management, PT. Pupuk Palembang Sriwidjaja use pumps to help the process of production. Pump has an important role to move fluids from one place to another. Pump has a very wide scope of use of the head and the resulting capacity. These observations are conducted to analyze the performance of the overall waste pumping systems to determine the efficiency of the pump by comparing actual performance and performance design. The results of these observations indicate that the pump is decline in performance because damaged of the pump whiche are head is 20.4 m (design) to 19.07 (actual), fluidpower 0.3 kW (design) to 0.25 kW (actual), motor power 1.51 kW (design) to 1.61 kW (actual) and 18% efficiency (design) to 15.78% (actual).
