Abstract

The research is entitled "Implementation of Physical Test Results Measurement Using Web Applications for Taekwondo Middle School Students. This study aims to determine the results of physical condition tests in taekwondo sports. Physical condition components include strength, flexibility and endurance. This research uses a descriptive method with a quantitative research design. There are 30 students at SMPN 1 Indralaya class VII, 15 male students and 15 female students. By collecting data using TKPN test instruments including strength, speed, flexibility and endurance tests using the pacer test. The average results obtained from research on students at SMPN 1 Indralaya in the taekwondo sport branch were in the very good category 6.72%, in the good category 8.64%, in the fair category 35.33%, in the poor category 19.32% and in the very less category 35.32%. So it can be concluded that physical tests using this application can be carried out and applied to make it easier for teachers and trainers for students at SMPN 1 Indralya from class VII students in the sport of taekwondo. In the physical test that was carried out, the results were in the sufficient category, with a percentage of 35.33%. Keywords: Physical Condition, Application, Taekwondo
