Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence, professionalism, and auditor experience on audit dysfunctionality (Study on KAP Palembang City). The population in this research are auditors working at KAP Palembang City.The sample in this research consist of 46 auditors. Questionnaire distribution is done by convience sampling method. Analysis tool to test the hypothesis in this study using IBM SPSS Version 22.The result of this study indicate that auditor competence has no significant effect on audit dysfunctionality. However, the auditor’s professionalism and experience have a signifivant effect on audit dysfunctionality.
