Abstract

Automatic is a replacement human-powered by machine, which automatically do and manage the work so it doesn’t require of human surveillance. The creation of this system used Arduino with programming language C++ as primary control unit. Automation system of water tank used Ping Ultrasonic Sensor that has a fuction as level detector of water in water tank in a state of or empty. The informations from Ping Ultrasonic Sensor Ultrasonic will be forwarded by Arduino Uno to relay through the communication of GSM Shield (Tx-Rx) to control the operation of the pump and status of pump will be on view to LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) and so on this system will be run in realtime. The overall test results of water filling automatiom using ultrasonic sensor obtained an average time of respone is 7.58 seconds and percentage success rate is 100%.
