Abstract
This reaseach has been carried out in Nematology Laboratory and Bacteriology Laboratory, Agiculture Faculty, Sriwijaya University, Indralaya. From July to September 2009. The animed of this research is to experiment that compost in the of compact media and also can used as saved media Steinemema sp. Egg plant isolate. This research to experiment saved capacity three kind of compost with different composition like cow faeces, chick faeces, and gound rhizosfer to the Steinemema sp. This experient used three treatment and three repeatation, they are compost A+100 t ail Steinemema sp. /g compost, compost B+100 t ail Steinemema sp. /g compost, compost B+100 t ail Steinemema sp. /g compost. The higher Steinemema sp. Production is 31.999,54 tail /100 g compost media, was found on compost A media that preserved source microbe, rice shell, saw dust, bran, bekatul, cow urine, gound rhizosfer, and water. Lower production Steinemema sp. found on media B (23.399,99 tail /100 g compost) with composition, source microbe, rice shell, saw dust, bekatul, cow urine, bran, cow faeces, chick faeces, and water.
