Abstract
Skripsi ini melaporkan hasil penelitian pengaruh dari kelembaban terhadap karakteristik tegangan tembus minyak mineral nynas nytro libra sebagai minyak isolasi dengan ditambah beberapa pengisi seperti Fe3O4, MgCl2, dan NaCl pada kelembaban relatif yang berbeda-beda. Pengujian dilakukan terhadap sampel nynas nytro libra oil dengan penambahan tiga pengisi pada konsentrasi 0,05;0,1;0,2 dalam g/L untuk masing-masing pengisi, serta dilakukan pengujian nynas nytro libra oil tanpa pengisi sebagai kontrol dengan variasi kelembaban relatif yang serupa pada tiap pengisi yang berguna sebagai pembanding. Selanjutnya dilakukan pengujian tegangan tembus terhadap sampel dengan standar IEC-60156 menggunakan test cell bervolume 350 ml dengan sistem elektroda bola-bola berdiameter 13mm dan jarak sela antar elektroda 2,5mm. Hasil pengujian dengan nilai rata-rata yang didapatkan pada sampel dengan pengkondisian kelembaban relatif pada masing-masing pengisi yakni 10% untuk Fe3O4, 33% untuk MgCl2, dan 75% untuk NaCl secara berturut turut yakni 45,78 kV, 42,12 kV, 35,68 kV. Kemudian, pada konsentrasi 0,05 g/L pada tiap-tiap pengisi Fe3O4, MgCl2, dan NaCl didapatkan nilai rata-rata secara berturut turut 37,58 kV, 32,08 kV, 32,34 kV. Selanjutnya untuk konsentasi 0,1 g/L pada tiap-tiap pengisi Fe3O4, MgCl2, dan NaCl didapatkan nilai rata-rata secara berturut-turut 60,52 kV, 28,8 kV, 24,16 kV. Serta pada konsentrasi terakhir 0,2 g/L pada tiap-tiap pengisi Fe3O4, MgCl2, dan NaCl didapatkan nilai secara berturut-turut 62,08 kV, 25,56 kV, 17,92 kV. Hasil tersebut menunjukan bahwa pada kelembaban rendah nilai tegangan tembus akan meningkat dan sebaliknya pada kelembaban tinggi mengalami penurunan. Karakteristik dari penambahan bahan pengisi Fe3O4 dengan minyak mineral nynas nytro libra dapat meningkatkan nilai tegangan tembus sebaliknya dengan penambahan pengisi garam MgCl2 dan NaCl nilai tegangan tembus minyak mineral nynas nytro libra mengalami penurunan. This thesis reports the results of the research effect of moisture on the characteristics of the breakdown voltage of mineral oil nynas nytro libra as an insulating oil with the addition of several fillers such as Fe3O4, MgCl2, and NaCl at different relative humidity. The tests were carried out on samples of nynas nytro libra oil with the addition of three fillers at concentrations of 0.05, 0.1, 0.2 g / L for each filler and testing of nynas nytro libra oil without filler as a control with similar relative humidity variations in each filler which is useful as a comparison. Furthermore, breakdown voltage testing was carried out on samples with IEC-60156 standards using a 350 ml test cell with a 13mm diameter ball electrode system and a distance between electrodes of 2.5mm. The test results obtained on samples with relative humidity conditioning on each filler, namely 10% for Fe3O4, 33% for MgCl2, and 75% for NaCl, respectively, were 45,78 kV, 42,12 kV, 35,68 kV. Then, at a concentration of 0.05 g/L on each filler of Fe3O4, MgCl2, and NaCl, the results of BDV show were respectively 37,58 kV, 32,08, 32,34 kV. Furthermore, for a concentration of 0.1 g/L in each filler of Fe3O4, MgCl2, and NaCl, the results obtained were 60,52 kV, 28,8 kV, 24,16 kV respectively. And at the last concentration of 0.2 g/L in each filler of Fe3O4, MgCl2, and NaCl, the results obtained were 62.08 kV, 25.56 kV, 17.92 kV respectively. These results indicate that at low humidity the breakdown voltage value will increase and on the contrary at high humidity it will decrease. The characteristics of the addition of Fe3O4 filler with Nynas Nytro Libra mineral oil can increase the breakdown voltage value, conversely with the addition of MgCl2 and NaCl salt fillers, the breakdown voltage value of Nynas Nytro Libra mineral oil decreases.
